RESTORATIVE AERIAL YOGA
In this highly restorative private, aerial yoga class, you will be guided into a state of mindfulness while supported in an aerial silk hammock, freeing you from the normal spinal compression of everyday living. Go at your own pace while learning techniques in the antigravity hammock to counteract spinal compression using therapeutic, zero-compression movements to increase the fluidity and mobility of the spine.
